I dedicated 25 years of my life to the design of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans. Seeking a diversity of services, I owned a roof sealing company for five years called Caribe Pro Roofing, which utilized Danosa and other elastomeric products. I have managed construction projects and was raised by my father, who was a house contractor and carpenter. The houses in Puerto Rico are entirely different from those in the United States, and that is the strength that Residenza has to offer with knowledge of construction.
